I am also skeptical of the need for I&M to buy Giro. I&M should look at picking up Imperial Bank's UG biashara at a discount. Imperial Bank Uganda has 5 branches in Kampala. It fills a gap for I&M within EAC. Greedy when others are fearful. Very fearful when others are greedy - *to paraphrase Warren Buffett*
