I agree. Nbo's problem needs to be tackled soberly. I don't think replacing a governor will cure us in one day. More so thinking that Sonko might have a strategic plan for Nbo is extending the joke too far. My opinion

If nothing has gone on in two years, what will happen in three? Traffic is just one problem, master plans do not matter if they are not put into action. We all know how those go.

What's the work of a governor if not to govern? An agenda is one thing. But you can't keep having an agenda for five years and keep raising the rates, fees, charges, et al. He's just being told after three years atafute kazi Homabay.
