Woe unto you if you go there and the file is "missing" and you are given another court date - the next week!!!
On the brighter side, Mandera, here comes economic growth. "Criminal" tourism here we come...
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
