Your budget's too low. Just to give you an idea; 4th row plots from the Eastern bypass tarmac are about 5M for an 1/8th.

@Marty.How possible is that. As far as I know, the Greater eastern bypass is 13.7 Kilometres off the Existing Eastern bypass. This ,link Connecting the two starts at the sharp bend towards Ruai and goes along Kenyatta farm fence.


The plots are 200m off Kenyatta's fence and 4km off the eastern bypass i.e. from the sharp bend. I hope I am clear now.

Got you Mboss, but you should have simply posted that They are 200M off E. Bypass - G. Eastern bypass LINK ROAD. Not 200M off Greater eastern.....
