Economists advise. Investors achieve. Let him pen his way to the next Malthusian. Once he is done he can take a walk/ride on thika road and see how bad the highway has turned the real estate sector.

Because there is some likelihood that things will get worse soon before they get better, it would be prudent to know the actions to take now before that happens. Someone suggested, sell selected stocks and buy dollars, or set up a loan sharking thing to cushion folks as they fall etc. Politics aside, we have little control over how all this borrowed money will be used.

Some of you may be dismissive of the message because you don't like the messenger but the truth is the bump in the budget deficit since the Jubilee govt checked in is worrying.

Regardless of who was in govt, the fact is ,the county govts made the budget to surge.
The key lies on how those funds will be utilized.

From the article the writer says that Jubilee Govt have financed deficit upto 750B in their 1st year compared to 1000B used by the Grand coalition in 5yrs. I want to look at this in two ways.
First, is that either they will be able to do far much more in a shorter time or that

...they will be able to steal so much more in a record time...

Be the Judge.

But remember Econ101 too much money chasing too few goods is very catastrophic ask a Zimbabwean if you got one seated next to you. Sorry he may Just be a Kenyan seated next!
