1. Ati Gichangi resigned! Tell that to the birds. No kenyan will resign from a job controlling 17 billion budget without any accountability.
2. Gichangi was sacked for gross incompetence.
3. When your employer announces your resignation it is called "controlled sacking" or "forced departure"...poor Gichangi.

I respectfully disagree. Gichangi was not incompeent. May be you didnt understand his Terms of Reference.
