There is a place called NGELANI about 35 km from Nairobi near Athi river.A quarter for 1.2 M with titles being sold by an agency.

Soil is murram , flat area. Electricity on site n you only need to drop wire with no additional poles. Water on site and is being used in hses already occupied . Title is ready and in my name , all weather smooth rd accessible from kamakis or thika superhighway .
