GoK needs to prioritise matters correctly.

So far, their preocupation has been how to ward off kina Raila from snatching power from them - which amounts to shadow boxing.

That's weird, Al Shabaab from Somali trying to evict Christians in Lamu.....doesn't make sense at all!
