All in all the Governor of Machakos has no right to eject his deputy from a cabinet meeting, as much as he is performing he should practice tolerance rather than operating like a mafia....

Lets expand our view a tad bit more broadly.
If the discussion is on you in regard to certain far reaching improprieties and you hold a high office, its only logical that you are not part of the discussion touching on your integrity.

Having said that, Alfred Mutua is only human, he may have erred I really do not have the nitty grities and would not want to be his gate keeper here, ala Uhuru and certain Wazua volunteers or are they on per diems!

He might have been right to eject him from the meeting if he was the subject of discussion but withdrawing his car and security IMHO is out of order!!!

He's been totally eclipsed! That's why he has to pull this stunt to show that he exists.

...Boss, the Governor does not delegate anything... Hata kahawa ya shilingi tano ndiye ananunua... When did you hear a cabinet minister doing anything? He is the one who opens roads, distributes seeds and chicks, demonstrates how a dead man is carried in the ambulance after an accident, buys tractors, police cars...etc...He is everything!

This can never be Ok… but Mutua knows PR hence he appears to outshine all the Governors in the country!

Hapo we agree, BUT then did he REALLY do it, or is this posturing to discredit Mutua!
A little independent investigation may be necessary here to establish the real truth.
Who confers security personnel to public officers.
I guess even Mutua's own security detail is granted to him from without.
