Thinking like an economist and Mututho..raise the tax on beer and cigarettes so much that the most of the elite will not afford and then send the police who man the Alco blow road blocks to catch the terrorists. Since there will be no drunk drivers

They will soon pass a bill to tax landings, however MPigs, Gavas and Senatwits will be exempt, while Uhuruto will reduce landings by 20%. Business opportunities are like buses,there's always another one coming
