Morally they lose out big time. Unfortunately for them, that might also impact business negatively.

Otherwise legally they may get away with it.

shame on them, but they wont last with their policies. i have learnt not to joke with the weak in the society i.e women, children and disabled.

so they sell the tickets to everybody but do not have the services to cater for different needs of the passengers?

do they advice potential passengers of their limitations at the point of sale?
