if you watch the kplc advert that is currently running, it says apply>lipa>fanya wiring

it doesn't say anything about getting connected after that......no wonder all this confusion cos they leave the consumer to guess what happens next...tkk?...quotation goes up?... undefined waiting period?...

Happened to meet a friend of a friend who's a manager at KP recently. He clarified that for quotations not exceeding Ksh. 135k, one pays 35k (while KP subsidizes the 100k) only but if the quotation exceeds 135k then one pays the full amount. Genesis of the problem is that gov't hasn't been funding its end of the bargain.
