Baba is leading with a strong D while UMK is leading with a weak B

He he he...I wonder how UK scored a B when none of his team members, safe for one, got that B. Isnt his perfomance tagged to the perfomance of his team? That B is not convincing. Hope he did not take it seriously rest he thinks he is doing well. I demand much more from him, through his team. He can do better. I still believe he will do better.

Definitely a lot more still expected from Pres. Kenyatta especially when it comes to decisiveness with CS technocrats not living up to their promise as well as any political appointees not steering ship. Well done on devolution, foreign affairs, stable macro-economic policies and infrustructure projects but taken too long to rein in on the security handle complexities notwithstanding. It's now happening and with lots of general public good will and he has to seize the opportunity with both hands.

Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly indeed: like police tracked bags of gum Arabic from Ethiopia thinking it was grenades and chemicals for bombs and were arresting businessmen in Wajir when a journalist familiar with the trade put his hand into the bag, put the staff into his mouth and chewed it. They were amazed. They asked him what it was and he told them natural stuff from trees used for making perfumes and chewed as gum by others. That is your war on terror!!!

and the 'bomb' making materials discovered jana were honey and black seed. And police had to know this by taking the stuff to the Lou Swede, Dr Johansen Oduor......war on terror indeed!!!!

[quote]Deputy President William Ruto: C

Described by some as young, ambitious, smart and energetic, William Ruto has demonstrated his loyalty to the President in the last one year. He has diligently represented the President at functions and successfully acted as president when the Head of State is out of the country. The surprise is that this arrangement between the two men has lasted for five years contrary to Jubilee opponents who predicted that Uhuru and Ruto will walk away from each other within a year. Ruto has been content with being number two even when his budget was taken to the presidency. As the coordinator of government ministries, Ruto has ensured ministers have remained on track in delivering promises Jubilee made. Many of his supporters believe that he could and should have done more to ensure Jubilee ministers deliver more to Kenyans. Ruto has juggled well his case at the International Criminal Court and serving the nation. A fierce defender of Jubilee administration, Ruto has performed somewhat well in containing discontent within his URP party that could have easily boiled to major cracks in Jubilee. The DP has succeeded in establishing the Office of the Deputy President but he is yet to come up with something concrete that Kenyans will remember him for. We believe you can do better this year. Your score for the year is C.
