All the best to the boys as the head to Madagascar.

Willy Ambaka left out after injury, Paarwater brings in 8 sevens team players. Going by our performance against DHL Western Province, I think we have a good shot.

It is D-Day Beating Namibia will be a tall order considering they beat Kenya 55-35 and have more experience and profesionalism. But Kenya are better prepared than they have ever been. Go Kenya.. Shock the world today.

We must beat Zimbabwe on Sunday. Paarwater rested the aggressive forwards and the half backs.

Well done. One game at a time.

We exit with heads up. The boys gave their best. Exceptional leadership shown by KRU Chair Mwangi Muthee this was his vision for Kenyan rugby. It didn't happen this time. Hope never fails so we look forward to 2019.

Great job by all to get us to a whisker of the WC. We must learn from the experience when planning for 2019. The lessons are:
Exposure to the big stage and constant practice. If we are shooting for 2019, the age we need to be working with today is 19, which will make them a ripe 23-25 in 2019. Mwangi Muthee needs to identify 50 young men in the 19yr old bracket today and take them through the process we did for the current team, consistently for the next four years. By 2019, allowing for 50% attrition will create a good pool to challenge Zim and Namibia.

I don't understand how we lost to Zim, we should hve taken them, our best opportunity to make a maiden world cup missed.

Zim is a tricky affair. We won against namibia due to their indiscipline (score 2 tries during the time they were one man short). I very much expected Zim to be difficult as they edged out Namibia. It was a day for the best of forms - it seems we never matched up. first half was 13-10 in favour of Zim.
