1st April 2013 - 15th December 2013
$10,000 per night for a minimum of 6 guests for a minimum of 3 nights
Additional guests (up to a maximum of 12 guests) at $1600 per adult per night
Children below the age of 12 years at $800 per night

• Tariffs include:
o Exclusive use of the house including all amenities and facilities
o Luxurious all-suite accommodation
o All meals, whether served at home or in the bush
o All beverages; including house wines (personally selected by the owners from around the world), spirits and liqueurs
o Open Land Rover 4 X 4 safaris, guided wilderness walks and horse-riding accompanied by experienced guides.
o Return surface transfers from the Borana, Lewa or Nanyuki airstrips to Sirai House.
o Borana Conservancy fees
o Contribution to the Borana Ranch Conservancy supporting local education, health and wildlife conservancy projects
o Internet, music and movies
o Laundry
o All local taxes

• Tariffs exclude:
o Premier cellar wines and French Champagnes
o Air transfers
o Spa treatments
o Outsourced activities and activities enjoyed off the Borana Conservancy
o Staff gratuities

• Terms and Conditions:
o Rates are quoted in US Dollars (US$), subject to change and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT)
o Sirai House reserves the right to amend tariffs in the event of currency fluctuations.
o Sirai House is booked exclusively and can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests sharing.
o Children of all ages are welcome and bookings are subject to availability. In the interest of safety, participation of children in any game activities is at the discretion of their guide.
