@tassia.true. Either shollei is grossly incompetent as to not read kenyan laws or she was breaking these laws knowingly with evil intentions.
@limanika, very well put. By Judiciary avoiding Public works which is free then hiring JKUCAT at kes 82m, this shows lack of respect for kenyan laws and tax payer money.
We can look at it this way..if public works thinks Judiciary is incompetent, can they also seek alternative judicial remedy from mungiki or other quasi judicial mechanisms? Judiciary should either lobby for laws that enable public works to work effectively or just hire consultants licenced by law to offer these services.
I fault shollei for not leading other kenyans into how to follow laws. If all kenyans decided to do as they please,we will slide to anarchy.
Kenya is a capitalist nation. Govt should provide enabling environments to the private sector so as to create jobs but not compete with private sector .
Its either judiciary seeks free services from public works or hires consultants from the private sector, thus enabling govt to relate with its tax payer citizens.
Judiciary paying 82m to another govt body, denying citizens to make an honest livelihood, doesnt make economic sense.
