we have gone over this before. Legislatures exist to represent the people in law making and oversight over executive. Giving Lammu a vote that is equal to that of Nairobi is disenfrachising the Nairovi voter. Unanielewa?

To blame the constitution and the number of legislators it prescribes is to sidestep the issue at hand all together.

I remember being told that 'Parliament' comes from 'Parlier', to talk, discuss, meditate together.

So if nothing of value is coming from our conversation then we should investigate our values.

Otherwise in a shortwhile, most citizens will be parliamentarians courtesy of ICT advances and opportunities.

Huyu Clown has a point. In an DN interview, the garrulous Jakoyo Midiwo makes a number of eye-opening remarks.

Some parties brought former councillors to parliament, and they came with their councillor behaivour. He also says there is a rogue speaker, something I agree with.

MIDIWO RINK

The conduct of our MPs at the Hague has also embarrassed the nation. Hawa watu hawangepewa visa za kuenda huko.
