I disagree. The problem with 'reforms' in the public service is that they have been driven by emotions not to solve the issues at hand.
Sample:
ECK to IEBC
The whole fight against corruption. Witness the various bodies involved yet no results.
CS Kamau intention to ban night travel et al.

The problem with public service is that it is too bloated. So many people being paid too little with very few tools of trade.
If you visit the police doctor you would get the picture.


No wonder we r saying he should fire all of them and employ afresh. That way he will pick just the 5000 that he feels are adequate. Then put them on professional result-oriented contracts...Nairobi would change in two months.

Its a Red cross initiative I believe they are working with Mama Lucy and Kenyatta to ensure paged mamaz get help...
