There is a vast delivery of the opening submissions between Khan and Katwa. While Katwa seems to be reading verbatim from an already written speech, Khan's seemed to come straight off the top of his head.

That Khan QC. You can listen to him on and on...eloquent, knows how to apply dramatic effect in his sbmissions. You can close your eyes and travel with his words to wherever he wants to take you...

But this thing is less about form and more about content. The way Katwa Kigen was soo boring to listen to during the pre-trial but he still delivered his client off the hook.

I thought his client is and has been Sang, who is still - so not off the hook.
