Wah, this is bad for Siayans as the entire exec has to go with Rasanga. Then the time taken for the by elections, swearing in etc. We should have petition rule that gubernatorial petitions have to be heard and determined in 5wks else these disruptions will affect counties mgmt. Joho is ahead on the recount and Embu ccase was thrown out with costs.
