ICC is a tool! kama mbaka leo almost 100k people are dead in syria and not a whimper from the ICC.

Shocking - More than 1,300 people have been killed today in a chemical weapons attack near Damascus.

And the UN Sec Gen has not commented, I guess he's waiting to be told what to say. But Kagame is a problem in Rwanda SMH

They are still coaching 'witnesses'. I am looking for anyone who can connect me with ICC, i am ready to be a 'witness' of both the Syrian and Egyptian crimes against human rights as long as they tell me what to say!!!!!

The ruling junta will surely put the old man back to power; hii democrazy ya brotherhood wont make it in Egypt!

A democratically elected president is toppled and arrested while an authoritarian president is being released from incarceration!

Was shocked to read in the NY times the US foreign secretary saying that the US will not intervene in Syria because the rebels are unlikely to serve US interests if they took over power and that US doesn't want to get in another war particularly one that involves 'a very complex situation'. So it's all about US interests.

was Libya a party? hardly 3 months later the ICC had arrest warrants out for Said al Islam. If I read correctly State parties are to enforce the ICC's mandate and not 'those who are eligible for trials'.

I think it was Saif's lawyer who requested for the case to be tried by icc fearing for an unfair trial/execution
