Consider counties with more than 1 'native' tribes! e.g. Marsabit County has Rendiles, Burji, El-Molo, Borana and Gabbras, which tribes will they be speaking?

Isiolo County has Borana, Turkana, Meru, Somali and Samburu. Which one will they be speaking?

Tana River has more than 5 'native' tribes including Pokomo, Orma, Kamba etc, so which one?

Even previously at Treasury,Kamwana,Njuguna Ndungu,Waweru,Kibaki etc.I support the devolution of languages.When in Nyeri I have problems with them,let them undergo the same at our places.
