I might be wrong but i think WR is doing all these with UK's approval.....remember the deputy Pres doesn't have any other role (apart from assisting the Pres with his duties) unlike in the past when akina Kalooser and the rest had an attached Ministry to run. If UK sidelines WR sana he might decide to cause problems for him so the idea should be to keep him busy and make him feel appreciated.

The payslip they got only had the basic and house allowance, missing was food and cleaning allowance that forms about 20% of the gross.

He need to be careful, in politics, some parties may just ruka you and claim those were your promises not the Garment's.
