Read the constitution, specifically Article 31:
31. Every person has the right to privacy, which includes the right not to have—
(a)their person, home or property searched;
(b)their possessions seized;
(c)information relating to their family or private affairs unnecessarily required or revealed; or
(d)the privacy of their communications infringed. KRA is
fishing hoping to find information to use against taxpayers! If the KRA has reasonable grounds to suspect tax cheats, then I have no problem with that and by all means they should track the buggers. But not everybody!
