So what has her masters degree got to do with this case exactly? There is no constitutional requirement to obtain a masters degree. Neither is this a criminal case to require her to prove that she has a masters degree.

@ kelele.com,you are posting kila mahali.Could you provide us a link please?

Anyway,this has got nothing to do with if Kethi is registered voter.Like @ MArex says,if it is true,it will just go along to show that Kethi is used to fraud- nut i do not think this is true that she does not have a masters or she acquired it fraudently.....
