I think it is being cheeky by calling it "trespassing"...maybe it is with ICC in mind...

Its not cheeky thats the law...but the judgement is flawed...if it goes to CA things myt favour WSR...

I guess he has a problem paying because Muteshi is asking for 5 million only. He should be asked to pay 100 million. That seems to work for him
