@MaichBlack - Was away but now am back in the country. Saw your request on details about Acacia, 5 Km from Namanga Rd. I am also interested in the area as the Rongai - Kitengela Rd should be finished before the end of the year. Road construction has already started and I wanted three plots in the area you described before people realize the area is opening up and prices become beyond reach.
What are the going rates for a 50 by 100 (1/8 acre)? I am especially targeting the ones owned by Waumini Sacco members as they are bound to have fewer issues, water is on site, electricity within reach and the controlled development gated community concept is being enforced.
