So far, all what majority kenyans are seeing is a detereorating force. So, what are its successes so far ? Agreed, they should find a way of working together, just like the JSC and the Judiciary have been doing case in point "A lady magistrate was denied unpaid study leave by a past CJ. She went away anyway and one year after she and came back with glowing new credentials. She found that the CJ had 'fired' her for absconding and would not let her work.She told him off saying she was not the CJ's maid to be fired without due process. Her application to the JSC for reinstatement was granted. She is now a respected judge.The relationship between the Judiciary and the JSC is cordial and effective. Kimaiyo and Kavuludi should emulate it. That was the way it was meant to work and must work"
