Aha,i was confused. But i thought that is normally 25k?
Anyways,so technically speaking, how many m2 are in a standard 4 bedroom house and what would be the rough etimates then to have that approved?You might charge me for that professional advise,right?:)

@amores, the 25k estimate is on the lower side i.e assuming low quality labour and finishes are used.
A standard 4 bedroomed house has 150m2. This is 4.5m cost. City council will charge 1.3% of this =kes 58,500.

Architect fee till approval stage, i.e part B Outline proposals and Part C, sCHEME DESIGN IS 2.5% OF 4.5M =KES 112,500

@a4architect. is it true that Ruiru municipal stopped to issue approvals on plots with share cert? what is the procedure if i dont have title deed?

Has anyone done Buildings plans approvals for Juja Subcounty (Kiambu County, 2015)?
Would I get a brekdown of the requisite charges and the process, kindly assist.
