- In ICT success stories, Govt is usually not moving the investment but is a facilitator through infrastructure and legislation
- Consultation with ICT industry
- Enhance coordination of different arms of goverment
- Development of content is not responsibility of the Govt.

Vernacular Radio Stations:

- There is a national language policy
- This are challenges that are real. He would be hesitant to cancel the licences for vernacular radio stations unless they are in contravention of established laws.
