Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

The guy has applied for a job adevertised in the dailies for any qualified Kenyan, he has been shortlisted, chida iko waphi, we read poritiks even where we should not!!!

Valid point!!! These jobs are for Kenyans NOT Jubilee, Cord, Eagle etc. But Caroli has major integrity issues that might be a major roadblock to getting any government job. But then again we have valid issues that have been raised on one of the "principals" [or maybe even both] and he is in office anyway! This is Kenya. But I hope and suspect it will not be business as usual if the names read out yesterday are anything to go by!

Bwana Doba, I have heard it from very credible links that this chap badly sold out Jakom to the engine room (you which one) of Jubilee. He was the real mole within who kept the other side up to the minute on Jakom's every move. You can verify this but it's widely known by insiders.

I just think UMK should live this guy out of his government. He is a self seeker who Jakom wasn't able to unmask until the damage was done!

You can make billions withou being EXPRESSLY corrupt. Information!! Information is power. A suggestion comes up for bypasses, you buy all the land around the proposed road(s) before the information is made public. You get a top secret memo on the discovery of oil, you buy the whole district/county - so to speak. Buy all land in Lamu then tell the rest you have decided to build a port there. Etc etc.

The guy was among more than 1000 kenyans who applied and has made to the 155 persons shortlist!!!

The last time I checked, he has been cleared in every scandal where his name features!!!!
