Was in Kisumu last year and was surprised that all businesses were having a giant Raila portrait and a very tiny Kibaki one. I know it will be quite hurting for them to display a Uhuru portrait.

If this was a requirement similar to council certs, health certs, building permits etc kanjo and cops would be enforcing it thoroughly.

I thought the display thing was very Nyayo era propaganda that we did away with..

And so in Kisumo and like minded areas.. who is going to enforce the law? GSU?
