@zz, what is not disputed is PEV happened. BUT who was was responsible and who bears the greatest responsibility? If investigations were shoddy,then the court failed Kenyan victims not the lack of conviction of the current suspects.

BTW why is the prosecution again releasing this info this late? Since August and November? Isn't this what the defense lawyers are saying the prosecution is acting in bad faith?

The whole purpose of ICC case was meant to make sure Uhuru and Ruto would not be able to participate as Presidential candidates during the next country's Generation Election of(2012).

But by Grace of God, the two gentlemen were able to weave their way round and made it to the recent General Election.

What the Western Power Planners of this intended Coup together with their local lackeys (Civil Societies) did not reckoned was that these guys were even going to join their mighty forces together and totally vanguished their choosen Candidate- That's Raila Odinga !

The ICC is a political body and judging by what the masters who are not part of it are saying;

we might just have one of the two big names going down.

that said I don't think bensouda is concerned about the strength of the case, she just wants to build her cv as the prosecutor who took to trial a sitting president and his deputy

For them to use sang's broadcast it must have been translated, soon you'll hear the person who did the translation saying the offensive words can be interpreted in more than 1 way and Sang meant the good one.
