Jameni,the place is only 2900M ASL.. Nairobi where i assume you live,is 1,795M ASL.. considering you still have time before you leave,why don't you spend a few days at a high altitude area just to acclamatize beforehand? If you're fit or energetic,you can tackle one of the hills around eg Ngong hills at almost 2000M or Longonot at 2780M And if push comes to shove and you feel even a taste of baridi beforehand is your cup of tea,then head down to Mt.Kenya and stay at 'Shiptons camp'. high altitude and freezing cold Don't just give up on a skiing dream whilst you have pre-skiing options all around you! unless of course you have another reason as to why you don't want to go..... @Elder Leona.. yani hushiki ni chida gani BGL ako nayo...
