There are still a lot of leakages through corruption and inflated purchases by government bodies and state agencies. If this can be sealed I doubt taxes will be increased.

Surprisingly I find Kenyans at fault more than politicians.We already expect them to do such.The problem is that we ourselves implement their schemes for them because we also want a piece of the cake.
