Very possible. People rarely update their contacts to reflect changing realities. For example if I had a Pastor Alphdoti on my contacts years ago who later back slid and became a drunk, if you check my phone today you'll still get Pastor Alphdoti as opposed to Mlevi Alphdoti or simply Alphdoti.
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
