then factor in the governors' and Senators' hot contests..Plus the desire to vote in a new constitution will pull out at least some crowds..

True, if jubilee looses round one, job ya round two would be tough. That said, I know cord has been awarded more than their fair share in NairobI. Turn out in western and kisii might increase, we will have to wait for that on 4th march. In coast, I don't think it will, guys there are simply lazy voters, even in the very heated 2007 elections, they managed a paltry 57%, factor in mrc now, the picture is even worse. In lower eastern, if they didnt turn out well in 2007 when kalonzo was running for office, I don't think they will now
