Kenya is divided into 47 counties,as for the provinces,there are no provinces in Kenya.

why does RAO always play victim? he is in nusu mkate government and I believe he has some civil servants leaning towards him why can't he produce evidence?,and then this persons are taken to Mutunga? allegations always to polarize the country. what does one gain really?

Jakom is taking mutahi ngunyi too seriously. Panicky unsubstantiated propaganda are not signs of a person confident of winning. Hope jakoyo can find some time between his busaa binges to alert us on another looming assassination plot.
