Lower soda price means taking more liters of soda, leading to obesity and for the unlucky one like me, diabetes. You can jaza pengo for the rest. Hi Dunkang, Sorry bro. I have a similar habit, but no diabetes yet. What is the option - Stoney - Packaged juice like Del Monte, Pick & Peel, etc. - Make own fresh juice- Probably best but takes time, effort and costs more Thanks

Not all fruits are good for everyone. Not only that some fruits should not be combined at a go. In addition, having a sweet tooth could be a way of your body trying to tell you something. But well, if you are deaf, shauri yako The worst single thing you can give your body is sugar, unfortunately its everywhere in almost everything.

As far as I know, God designed life to be simple. He gave us variety of foods that are to be eaten in moderation. Anything goes as long as it is in moderation. Problem is that with processed goods the element of moderation is skewed in that a wide variety of processed foods will give you a large does of sugar, salts and calories. They must find it difficult....... those who have taken authority as the truth, rather than truth as the authority. -G. Massey.

If I knew you, I'd be happy to. Visit a nutritionist, let him check you out and answer your question. And yes, I concur. Life was made to be simple. God gave us a brain and choice. It is the choices you make that determine your life... and by extension the lives of loved ones, children, spouse etc
