If not shipped,why can't you cancel the order? It might be easier because you cannot possibly compete at the retail/wholesale level with that kind of procurement.


If unable to get out of the contract,beware very few folks understand about energy saving bulbs and you may want to retail at the niche markets of UN,embassies, international hotels and you may want to bundle it as a service.... (Hire a few guys to change bulbs,after presenting your research that,just in energy savings,the bulbs will pay for themselves in xxx months)
