people change when they appear before a court of law, reporting and writing statement to and with the police is the easy part - defending your statement is another issue

Now flip the coin;

Are the Suspects guilty of interfering with prosecution Witnesses!!

What are the Consequences of doing that!

The burden of proof will lie on ICC. They must demonstrate that UHURUTO have interfered with the witnesses. That would be the real job...

1. They should just drop these charges, Uhuru was framed. Can you imagine a secret meeting of several Mungiki at state house grounds? The people who cooked up these charges are really imaginative. All staff including cooks, tea ladies and watchmen kept/are keeping this meeting secret except one or two "mungiki witnesses"?
2. Were the contents of the envelope changed before the case begun? Was the input of KNCHR sought before the cases begun. I would really like to ask some people like. InfoKNcR

The major witness on Uhuru'case has withdrawn....He was to witness on the state house meeting. Uhuru thus wants the case reffered back to pre-trial chambers since the confirmation was based largely on the witness's evidence. ION, uhuruto have been summoned in Feb.....

For those who may not have seen Witness number four recant evidence given, see link below.
Without witness number four, there was no mungiki meeting at state house and therefore the confirmation decision was based on a false witness.

To Avoid miscarriage of Justice, the case should be refereed back to the pre-trial chamber to be looked at afresh.
As i had stated earlier, this case is DEAD ON ARRIVAL. Ocampo was one big politician, playing to the tune of the west to fix Africa back to colonial times.
