I'm interested in buying a plot in Tatu City,


I passed by there but the contractors working on site have no idea and they sent me to offices in Village Market. Any idea if this is happening yet.

If you ask me it is a good ruling.

To begin with when a firm I know was on record they always argued that Rosemary Wanja was not a shareholder or a director of Tatu. Therefore she did not have the locus to file a case against the company.
There was a guy called Josphat Kibogo Kinyua, who it was argued was a shareholder and consequently a
director of the company and had the necessary locus to institute and maintain proceedings.
If you take into account that the project involved the use of private capital to
construct a city using 200 billion worth of funds then the legitimacy of directorship was key.
The power to appoint an independent valuer is common place and has been done before to ascertain value holding...
