Where can I buy this offer .

@guru, this is the person to tell to read the IM! .... rem, this grossly overvalued counter will not be listing in NSE in the foreseeable future. Counter at OTC will likely be very silence until it’s correctly valued. Dividend will not be solace here coz they will be minuscule cents and desperation will crop with time ¬

BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY!!!!

But only if you are holding for 5years.. smile

Reason?

This company is increasing capital exponentially thus lending will increase exponentially & thus net income will increase exponentially!!

It basically has the characteristics of a startup.. High risk high returns!!

SMEP has been around for over 10 years. Its model of being a christian financial institution with a responsibility of transforming lives of the poor has not reflected well in the bottom line. Loan book has grown significantly in the past 10 years but not the bottom line. What informs you that this model will miraculously change to yield exponential returns in coming years when feed with the massive capital?
you just named it,l change via a miracle...

@mwekez@ji I think you are underestimating the impact of 1.6billion injection to a company with currently only 380million in total share capital!

If you read the IM Their PAT figures and NAV figures are likely to grow exponentially as they undergo massive loan book expansion and huge efficiency realisation!

This capital injection turns this company into a startup by turning a complete new leaf & so i find previous ratios to be irrelevant!

Im in this one for vision 2030 with no intention of dividends in the first 5 years.. that's what i have KCB for!! smile

@ProverB, Read more closely!
