Ole told Kenyans to wait and see what will happen in a few days...and it has come to pass ..his statement reminded me Michuki had said at one time about young men being buried ... Ole is a good student...

That chairman was really bashed, and the GSU commanded said that they just used minimum force, I wonder what full force would have look like.

Lawyers in the house, I beg your advise on this issue:
1. What is treason?
2. What is sedition?

Do the activities of this bunch of thugs qualify for sedition and their activities treasonable?

What do you charge with a person seeking to set up a parallel government complete with militias? What charges do you prefer against people or a person who incites the masses to take up arms against a government? How do you frame charges of such characters as MRC when they say they do not recognize the ultimate authority of the state as spelt out in the constitution, primarily territorial integrity of the state?

Kindly advise whether 1 and 2 above could be used.

IMHO worth two cents, this is the best legal way to stop them on their tracks.

I think MRC are lucky, this Mwanamnazi will get away with being pounded in the face and probably cooling off in jail for a few years...they have been loud and on the media, and have committed acts that have outraged the public,...consequently they forced a public reaction from the security forces and interrupted the usual intelligence gathering cycle then quiet but super deadly snipe where people just completely disappear ...
If he had stuck to the forests like that Matakwei with his guerilla tactics he would never have known what hit him.

Ole Metito ia a good explanation why we always demand for 'new blood' in govt. It's neva biz as usual with a new brush. Kudos to the Moran! And the govt must keenly watch Sheikh Dor's party, UPK.Methinks it's juz a camouflaged politico wing of the MRC militia

Me thinks the late action by the GoK against the group emboldened the likes of Dor and Balaaaa.

I pity the peasants in the leadership of the outfit for they do not know what they are in for. The likes of Balaa and their lot own most of the colonial 10 mile land on which the likes of Mwamnuadzi are squatters, the attention to this has effectively been deflected to the "wabara" via MRC. If they were to get lucky and the gova agreed for their successionist demands, then the likes of Mwamnuadzi etc would find themselves effectively in "Kenya" and the Arabs in "Pwani".

As for what they ask for MRC should get just that violence and more violence!

Ati the MRC chairman was not actually battered by the police, but he actually ran into collision with the red berrets.

Even ngala considered himself the president of coast he gave up at some point. Watu wa mombasa are being used by the same people who took them slaves years back na leo they still mistreat them. MRC and coasterians should realize that shida si wabara shida ni wao wenyewe.

Treason is the crime of betraying one's country, esp. by attempting to kill the sovereign or overthrow the government. Sedition on the other hand is conduct or speech inciting people to rebel against the authority of a state. The acts of MRC are both treasonable and seditious. When you attempt to secede by use of violence it is tantamount to attempting to overthrow the government of the day. You will agree that their conduct despite the fact that the Courts declared the entity legal is such that they are inciting members of the public. In fact when they say they do not recognize the ultimate authority of the state as spelt out in the constitution is by itself seditious.

These gang must know that the State 'owns' the monopoly and instruments of violence. Mraja feared what befell Mr. ''President'' and thus surrendered in peace to police. The ''President'' collided with the RB n is now in pieces. I think the GoK shud haul these guys off to places like Migingo, Marsabit,Kodiaga or Lodwar for them to appreciate the length n width of Kenyan territory. And for sure, their really land enemies are the former slave traders/absentee landlords and not the watu wa bara.

Now this is too much. This killing of police officers is becoming too much. It is unacceptable.

I bet we need to fill up this Likoni area all the way to Kombani with the red barrets asap. A thorough operation to weed out all weapons must start now. Once done the weeding must be extended to Eastleigh as well.

This narrative is never heard and the government should pull up its socks in countering the MRC secession narrative: The other side of MRC

Now do you see why the likes of Balaa and Dooor are clever bedfellows with the MRC?
