If you remove the apostrophe from his name, you get "NYONGO" - meaning "bile" in Kikuyu

NKT.. Nyamazeni, you're the same people who were praying for him when he got cancer. I was castigated when I said that I hoped that he and his ilk of M-PIGs are all get this thing and rot to death.
