Woi... this would be a disaster.... I heard her being congratulated on Radio... Mutoko that is.

This one, Carol Mutoko can do a good job. Mainly because she's known for her passion in accountability and with her level of noise, not easily corruptible (my thinking unless my perception is wrong)... you've got to have the guts otherwise you'll be out in the media in a flash...
