You can buy anyone's name at any time and nothing will happen. It's called business. It's only the co.ke domains that have silly archaic rules about not owning something like safaricon no wonder no one but fools buy those.
A .com will always be better than a .co.ke and Mudavadi wishing to be president of a country that wants to have Konza should never be allowed near that office if he didn't know that.
