Which universities? I'm sure in a few years we will see a huge number of this MPigs with Bachelor of Science in Matatu Techology, B.A. in haki yetu etc. from Kayole International University, Muthurwa Institute of Technology and other similar universities with their headquaters somewhere in River Road directly above Phombe mingi Bar and Restaurant!

Do you need a degree really. We are locking out pilots, holders of diploma in engineering, pharmacy, accounting, CPA holders...so many professionals!

But I get you point.

The Pigs that are mutilating the constitution are not former pilots or CPA Ks. Pharmacists may be - with no certificates.

A line has to be drawn somewhere. Once you ask for Diplomas, they'' show up with diplaoma in embroidery from Chini ya Mti Village polytechnic.

If you are managing 50 million plus of other people's money [Tax payers in this case] I don't think it is unfair to ask for a Degree in ANY field.
