This is not a constitutional amendment. It is an amendment to the Elections Act. There is nothing unconstitutional about it.

Whether an amendment or whatever you want to call it, the whole idea is very selfish and dilutes the very reason why people fought many years to bring reforms to Kenya.

Why do these people walk around thinking they are the only ones entitled to lead people? majority of them have nothing concrete to show for the many years of being in leadership...NKT!

Why did "we"? Who are the "we"? Shame on you Shame on you

I emphatically voted "NO" and I'm on record to saying so right here in wazua.

No regrets whatsoever!

Even though you said NO, you were actually not saying NO to the whole document but just parts of the document that you felt were not meeting your 'standards'..... I doubt this particular issue would have fitted your "NO" bill was it removed from the constitution and voted on its own... hence, it would be in order to say "WE" unless you feel that Okemo Bill is for the good of the country.

Guys there are rules and procedures of ammending any clause in the constitution, if this is followed and succeeds, I got no problem....

I don't think we should even get to the level of discussing whether the right procedure was followed or not.

We just need to nip the whole idea in the bud.
