The two will simply form part of the 3 million-strong diaspora voters. No law prevents them from voting abroad, and mark you the Kenya Embassy at the Hague is only 5 minutes away using tram. One of them is highly likely to become head of satte.

the good thing for these 'statesmen' to do now is to give up the race and concentrate on ensuring they put up a strong defense. A prezo who cannot travel/who lives in fear / is an international fugitive is definitely what Kenya wants right now. It's time to narrow down on another horse - I suggest we consolidate the Martha bandwagon and find a suitable running mate. Only she can discipline Kenyans and ensure proper legislation to put the new katiba in force properly.....then 2017/18 we can now seek out a Manager for that economic impetus to boost us into the development race into 2030!! My thots.

Someone needs to talk to this two gentlemen to shelve their ambitions for a while. They may live to fight another day otherwise they are likely to drag the whole nation thorough a lot of mud.

the scenarios playing here are too many and the nation might find itself in a quagmire

suppose on election day, when the winner is announced or the president is being inaugurated they have a court date .what then ?

hope they read the star its very blunt saying four years at the hague

"It would therefore appear that each trial will last at least two years. On Monday Ruto's lawyers asked the court to clarify whether the trials will run consecutively or concurrently. If they run concurrently, Uhuru and Ruto might both have to spend four years in the Hague. If they run consecutively, they might each spend two years in the Hague, but one after the other"
